Terms, cancelling and refunds
The parts people actually need are first: what it costs, how to stop paying, and when you get money back. Nothing here is immigration advice.
What it costs
£29.99 a month, including VAT where VAT applies. That is the whole price. There is no fee for a match, no commission, and nothing is taken from your pay.
If we change the price, the change applies to new customers. Yours stays as it was when you subscribed, unless you cancel and come back later.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from your account, without asking anyone. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
In your first 14 days: if you change your mind after subscribing for the first time, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the part of the month you have not used. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and nothing in these terms takes it away.
After that: we do not refund part-months. Cancelling stops future payments rather than returning the current one. This is the ordinary way monthly subscriptions work.
If something has gone wrong on our side, that is a different matter. Write to us and say so.
What this service is
It reads public records. The Home Office register of licensed sponsors, the care regulators, and job adverts. It shows which employers hold a licence to sponsor, matches them to live vacancies, and reads each advert for wording that rules sponsorship out. Every result shows the evidence behind it.
What it is not
It is not an immigration adviser and does not give immigration advice. It does not contact employers for you, apply on your behalf, or promise anyone a job. The employer decides whether to sponsor you. The Home Office decides immigration applications.
You should never pay an employer or an agent for a Certificate of Sponsorship. Charging a worker for one is illegal in the UK. We never charge for one, and if anyone asks you to pay for one, that is a warning sign. The free organisations on our support page can help.
Accuracy
The registers we read are published by other people and can be out of date between releases. We show you when each thing was last checked so you can judge it. A licence on the register means an employer is able to sponsor, not that it will.
Your account
One account per person. Keep the details accurate, because the matching is only as good as what you tell it, and keep your password to yourself. You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time; see the privacy notice.
Free accounts
We sometimes give free accounts, for example to family. A free account can be ended at any time, and you would be told before that happened.
Referring people
If you refer someone, you earn 20% of what they actually pay us, each month, for as long as they keep paying. Some specifics, so nobody is surprised:
- Commission is earned on money we have received, not on sign-ups. Someone on a free account pays nothing, so they earn nothing.
- It is held for 30 days before it can be paid out, because a payment can be refunded after it arrives.
- We pay out once you are owed at least £25.00, to your UK bank account.
- Any tax on what you earn is yours to declare. We do not deduct it.
- Do not send spam, buy ads on our name, or say anything about the service that is not true. We can withhold commission earned that way and close the account.
Ending it
You can stop using the service whenever you like. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, and we would refund anything paid for time not used.
If something goes wrong
We do not limit our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not responsible for an employer's decisions, for immigration decisions, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong.
