The employers who can sponsor, and never advertise

6,019 care employers hold a sponsor licence. About 1,077 of them have a vacancy posted anywhere today. Every job site can show you those. The call list is for the other 4,942: we have a phone number for 4,376 of them.

How many could you ring?

Put in your postcode. No account, no card, and we do not keep it.

Why a phone number beats another job board

A job board can only show you what is advertised. Care homes and agencies hire constantly without ever posting a vacancy: somebody leaves, a package of care starts, a night shift needs covering. The people who get those jobs are the ones who rang while the manager was thinking about it.

You cannot ring an employer who cannot sponsor you, and that is the part nobody else does. Every number on your list belongs to an employer we have already checked against the Home Office register of licensed sponsors and a care regulator.

What you get

How many
4,880 licensed care employers with a phone number, sorted by distance from your postcode
How fast
Ten new numbers a day, so it is a morning rather than a list of six hundred. Worked through them? Take ten more, as many times as you like
What to say
Twenty seconds written out, and the one question that matters: whether they are issuing certificates of sponsorship at the moment
What happened
One tap. No answer comes back tomorrow. "Call me Thursday" comes back Thursday, with the name of who said it. Not sponsoring this year goes quiet for a quarter
Where the numbers come from
The CQC care directory, the same public file behind the licence checks, refreshed every month

What it is not

We do not ring anybody for you, and we never will. It is your job hunt and your conversation, and an employer who hears from an agency about a candidate is hearing from the wrong person. We do not pass your details to employers either.

A licence means an employer can sponsor. It does not mean they will, or that they are recruiting. Most of these calls end in "not at the moment", which is exactly why a list of two hundred is worth more than a list of five.

A licence means an employer is able to sponsor, not that it will. Whether any employer assigns you a Certificate of Sponsorship is entirely their decision, and the Home Office decides immigration applications. Nothing on this page is immigration advice. Never pay an employer or an agent for a Certificate of Sponsorship: it is illegal.

What it costs

The call list is part of the subscription: £29.99 a month, cancel whenever. If it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

Nothing is charged for a match, there is no commission, and nothing comes out of your pay. If anyone asks you to pay for a Certificate of Sponsorship, that is illegal, and it is not us.
