Care employers licensed to sponsor a visa
There are 10,962 care employers on the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. 4,778 of them we have also matched to a care regulator, which is the set listed here.
A licence means an employer is able to sponsor, not that it will. Whether any employer assigns you a Certificate of Sponsorship is entirely their decision, and the Home Office decides immigration applications. Nothing on this page is immigration advice. Never pay an employer or an agent for a Certificate of Sponsorship: it is illegal.
Where the list comes from
The Home Office publishes every organisation holding a licence to sponsor workers. That file is where this starts. We match each entry against the Care Quality Commission's register in England (4,403 matched) and the Care Inspectorate's in Scotland (375 matched), so what you are reading is two public records agreeing with each other rather than a company's own claim about itself. Last checked against the register release of "2026-08-13".
Care regulation is devolved, so an employer in Wales or Northern Ireland is shown as not checked rather than judged against the wrong regulator. We are working on those two.
Who is hiring
179 of these employers advertised a vacancy in the last week. Which ones, and whether any of those vacancies fits the work you are sponsored to do, is what the search answers.

Finding the ones that fit you
A list of employers is the start, not the answer. Which of them are advertising a role you are sponsored to do, at pay that meets the going rate, in an advert that does not rule sponsorship out, is the part that takes weeks by hand. That is what the search does, for £29.99 a month.
